Topola Skies is a private ecological holiday complex located in one of the most beautiful places along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola.
It is situated in close proximity to the sea and offers an impressive view over Thracian Cliffs, the biggest golf course currently under construction in the area, which was designed by renowned Golf Professional Garry Player.

The overall design and architecture of the resort shows great consideration for the surrounding areas.
Therefore, the construction of Topola Skies is based on the combination of eco materials – wood, stone, and rough plaster.

Topola Skies offers a total of 174 two-room, three-room and VIP apartments, situated within four buildings over a total area of 27860,73 sq.m.  The building offering VIP apartments will be built directly into the rockface on the slope overlooking the sea.
Each apartment in the resort will be luxuriously finished with a kitchen, bathroom, plastered walls and insulation. The apartments will have cable TV, Internet and telephone points. Several types of furnishing options will also be available to suit the clients' needs.

Topola Skies is located 54 km north of Varna and 50 minutes away from Varna International Airport. The resort is located on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola, between Kavarna and Balchik
